WHO WE ARE

We're F5 Events & Services. We build and run events, and that's the whole business.

For more than twenty years we've worked behind the scenes: putting up stages, coordinating vendors, moving equipment, solving whatever goes wrong at two in the morning, and making sure a few thousand people at a time have a good night. Bangalore mostly, Karnataka often, the rest of India when the job calls for it.

Founding story

Founded by Sharath Chandra, 2005

Sharath started F5 with one idea: in events, execution is rarer than imagination. Plenty of people can design a good night. Far fewer can build it, certify it and hand it over on schedule. Twenty years later that's still the whole business. A group of companies, a warehouse of owned infrastructure, and a crew that has been doing this long enough to know what breaks and when.
